Terms of Service
01 · Acceptance
By accessing DebtPeek (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
02 · Not Financial Advice
DebtPeek is an analytical utility, not a lender, broker, dealer, fiduciary, or investment, legal, tax, or accounting adviser.Outputs are estimates derived from standard amortization mathematics and the inputs you supply. They are illustrative only and must not be relied upon for any actual financing, investment, hedging, or capital-allocation decision.
Always engage qualified, licensed professionals before executing any debt instrument or financial transaction.
03 · Benchmark Data
Live benchmark rates (SOFR, sovereign 10Y yields, etc.) are sourced from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED). DebtPeek is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Reserve System or its constituent banks. Rates may be delayed, cached, or unavailable; fallback values are clearly indicated.
04 · Acceptable Use
- Do not scrape, mirror, or rate-limit-abuse the Service.
- Do not present DebtPeek output to third parties as if it were the output of a regulated lender, adviser, or rating agency.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disable, or interfere with the Service's security or integrity.
05 · Intellectual Property
The DebtPeek name, mark, interface, calculator logic, and content are the property of DebtPeek and its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own internal, non-commercial underwriting analysis.
06 · Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
07 · Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DebtPeek and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or capital, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
08 · Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer-protection rights of users resident in the EU, EEA, UK, or Nordics are unaffected.
